Right Away Construction (“Right Away Construction,” “RAC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains our practices for handling the information we may receive about visitors to our website, our customers, prospective customers, business partners, job applicants, and others with whom we interact in providing our construction, remodeling, and related services.
This Policy applies to information you provide to us through our website located at www.RightAwayCo.com, as well as through all other websites, landing pages, social media placements, text (SMS) messaging programs, and communications from our brand or company (collectively, the “Site”), when you use our services, communicate with us, request an estimate, or otherwise interact with us. This Policy describes the types of personal information we may receive, how we may use and disclose that information, and certain rights and choices you may have regarding your information. Your use of our Site is also subject to our Terms and Conditions.
While we always aim to provide complete and transparent information about how we process your personal information, we reserve the right to amend or update this Policy from time to time, or to create additional policies, in order to accurately reflect changed circumstances or new legal requirements. As a result, it is important that you read this Policy closely so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your personal information.
We ask that you check this Policy periodically for updates. Where we have an ongoing relationship with you and any of the information you have provided becomes no longer accurate, we ask that you keep us informed so we can amend our records accordingly. By providing us with personal information or using our Site, you acknowledge the information-handling practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our Site or services, follow us on social media, or provide us with your information.
Commitment to Accessibility – We are committed to making this Policy accessible to users with disabilities and will continue to improve accessibility as opportunities arise. If you need this Policy in an alternative format, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this document.
For the purposes of this Policy, “personal information” is any information that identifies, relates to, or can reasonably be used to identify or contact a particular individual. The categories of personal information we may collect include:
We collect this information when you visit or navigate our Site, fill in forms on our Site, request an estimate or quote, send us inquiries regarding our services, enter into transactions with us, apply for a job, communicate with us (including by phone, email, or text message), or otherwise provide us with personal information.
Like most websites, our Site uses various technologies to automatically collect information about visitors. Those technologies include:
The information collected through these technologies may be combined with personal information or aggregated with other information about Site visits. We may share information about your use of our Site with our advertising and analytics partners, who may combine it with other information you previously provided to them.
If you interact with us on any social media platform:
Social media platforms operate independently from Right Away Construction, and we are not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit or link on any social media platform. We may use publicly available social media data or tools to improve our marketing efforts, personalize interactions, and enhance your experience. Please review the privacy policies and settings of any social media platform with which you interact.
We may obtain both personal and non-personal information about you from our affiliated businesses, contractors, suppliers, and other third parties, and add it to information we have already collected. This may include combining your data with publicly available information, such as property data, to enhance our service offerings or tailor our marketing efforts. If you provide us personal information about others, or if others give us your information, we will only use that information for the specific reason for which it was provided to us.
Data Retention – We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — including providing the services you have requested, maintaining accurate business and financial records, and resolving disputes — unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, contract, or other legitimate legal or business purposes.
We (or service providers acting on our behalf) may use the personal information identified above for the following purposes:
Negotiating, entering into, and managing our business relationship with you or your company, including generating estimates or quotes, scheduling appointments and project work, providing our services, and processing payments.

Sending you promotional or informational communications and materials, tracking your marketing preferences, and for our internal marketing purposes.
Managing customer service issues.
Developing, updating, and improving our services, customer service, and customer experience, and improving our knowledge and insights regarding customers.
Preventing and detecting fraud, financial crime, hacking activities, security breaches, and other unlawful activities in connection with the Site or our services.

If you provide us with your mobile telephone number and opt in to our text messaging program, you consent to receive text (SMS/MMS) messages from Right Away Construction. These may include transactional and service messages (such as appointment and estimate reminders, project and service updates, scheduling confirmations, account notifications, and responses to your inquiries) and, where you have opted in, marketing and promotional messages.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us using the information at the end of this Policy. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@RightAwayCo.com or 612-255-9605 or 612-414-5885.
No sharing of mobile opt-in data for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile telephone number, SMS opt-in information, or text-messaging consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your mobile information only with service providers (such as our text-messaging platform and carriers) strictly as needed to deliver the messaging services you have requested. Additional terms governing our text messaging program are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
We may send you direct marketing communications, appointment reminders, or service updates from time to time, including news, updates, offers, and other promotions relating to our services. We may contact you by email, telephone call, or text (SMS) message, consistent with your communication preferences and applicable law.
You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in an email, by replying STOP to a marketing text message, or by contacting us directly. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you non-promotional, transactional, or service-related messages, such as those about an active project, estimate, or account.
We do not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
We want to serve you advertising that is relevant and useful to you, so we may use personal information you have provided, or information collected through cookies and similar technologies, to personalize ads and improve your experience with us on our Site and on other sites. The ads you see may be based on previously collected data, such as prior searches, activity, visits to sites or apps, or demographic information. The information we share with our advertising partners to deliver personalized ads is shared securely, is often hashed or de-identified, and may not be used by those partners for any other purpose. We do not sell your data to third parties.
For more information about ad personalization and to opt out of interest-based advertising by participating third parties, you may visit the Network Advertising Initiative at https://optout.networkadvertising.org and the Digital Advertising Alliance at https://optout.aboutads.info. For mobile apps, you may use the DAA’s AppChoices tool at https://youradchoices.com/appchoices. Opting out through these programs applies only to the third parties you select and may not stop all data collection; you may continue to receive ads that are less relevant to you.
When the information we collect about you is aggregated, anonymized, or otherwise does not identify you, we may use that information for any purpose or share it with third parties, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may share your personal information with the following types of entities:
We may also share your information for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent. As noted above, we do not share mobile opt-in or text-messaging consent information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We respect your right to make choices about the ways we collect, use, and disclose your information.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, such as the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act and similar laws in other states. Where applicable, these rights may include the right to confirm whether we are processing your personal data and to access it; the right to correct inaccuracies; the right to delete personal data; the right to obtain a portable copy of your data; the right to obtain a list of the categories of third parties to whom we have disclosed personal data; and the right to opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling. Minnesota residents may also have the right to question the result of profiling, to be informed of the reason for a profiling decision, and to review the personal data used in profiling.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information at the end of this Policy. We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising your privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law. If we decline your request, you may appeal that decision by contacting us at info@RightAwayCo.com; we will respond to your appeal within the timeframe required by applicable law.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. Unless permitted under applicable law, we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices or rates, provide you a different level or quality of goods or services, or suggest that you may receive a different price, rate, level, or quality of goods or services, because you exercised your rights.
Some browsers allow you to automatically notify websites you visit not to track you using a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no consensus among industry participants as to what “Do Not Track” means in this context. Like many websites and online services, our Site does not currently alter its practices when it receives a “Do Not Track” signal from a visitor’s browser.
Our Site is a general-audience site and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children under the age of 18. Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete such information unless we are legally required to retain it.
We follow generally accepted standards and use appropriate administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification, both during transmission and once received and stored, including the use of encryption where appropriate. While no security measures are perfect and transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, we regularly review our practices to improve data protection and align with industry standards. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.
Right Away Construction is based in the United States and operates the Site from the United States. If you access the Site or provide information to us from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
We may change this Policy from time to time. If there are changes to our Policy, we will post them here and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by applicable law, which may include notifying you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our home page, and, where required, providing you a reasonable opportunity to withdraw consent to any materially different processing.
