Our Prep-First Process
1. Wash & Assess
We clean the exterior and inspect every surface, finding the chalking, peeling, rot, and failed caulk that a paint-over would only hide.
2. Repair & Prep
We scrape, sand, and feather failing paint, replace or repair damaged wood, re-caulk joints, and prime every bare or repaired surface. This is the step cut-rate jobs skip, and the step that decides how long your paint lasts.
3. Protect
We cover and protect landscaping, windows, roofing, and hardscape, and keep the site clean throughout, not just at the end.
4. Finish Correctly
Premium coatings applied in the right conditions and the right number of coats, with clean lines and careful cut-in. Then a walkthrough with you, so it's right before we call it done.
