Minneapolis is an old, leafy, lake-filled city, and every part of that shows up on the roof. The housing stock skews early-1900s: bungalows, four-squares, Tudors, and stuccos with steep, complex rooflines that a cut-rate crew shouldn’t be walking. On slate, here’s our honest line: we install and replace modern slate – synthetic and newly quarried, with modern, up-to-code methods = and repair modern slate systems. Repairing an original, historic slate roof is its own craft; if that’s what you have, we’ll say so and point you toward dedicated classic-slate specialists.
