Minneapolis & Hennepin County
Minneapolis is a city of mature trees and older, steeper roofs: early-1900s bungalows, four-squares, and stuccos around the Chain of Lakes, Minnehaha Creek, and the Nordeast arts district. That character is beautiful and it's hard on roofing: heavy tree canopy drops debris and holds shade-driven moss, and century-old rooflines need someone who's worked them before. St. Paul & Ramsey County
St. Paul wears its history on its rooflines. Summit Avenue holds one of the longest stretches of preserved Victorian homes in the country, and neighborhoods like Highland Park, Mac-Groveland, and Merriam Park are full of steep, ornate roofs, many original slate or built for it. Roofing here rewards experience with historic homes, district-approvable materials, and the steep-slope safety a Victorian demands. We serve the capital city and the Ramsey suburbs.

Our Home Base: St. Anthony & Northeast Minneapolis
This is our backyard. Josh has been roofing and building around St. Anthony and Northeast Minneapolis for more than 20 years, and it's still the ground we know best, right around our shop near Silver Lake.
- St. Anthony Village: the close-knit community around Silver Lake where we've worked for two decades. When the June 19, 2026 hailstorm hit St. Anthony, we were on these roofs because we were called, not from knocking on doors and disturbing the neighborhood like the storm-chasers. What happened in that storm
- Northeast Minneapolis: the Arts District's bungalows and worker cottages from the river to Central Avenue; our home turf.
- Columbia Heights & Fridley: the neighboring communities just north of us along Central Avenue, Silver Lake, and Sullivan Lake. They're right next door, so we're on these roofs fast.
- Blaine: straight up Highway 65, open-ground neighborhoods from south Blaine to The Lakes of Radisson, built for wind exposure.
- Coon Rapids: up Highway 10 along the Mississippi, the rambler-and-split-level heart of the north metro.
South Metro & The I-35 Corridor
We also follow I-35 south into the suburbs, where newer housing is now reaching its first replacement window:
- Eagan & Burnsville: established homes along the 35E/35W split.
- Apple Valley: 1980s to 2000s builds hitting roof-replacement age.
